UZURI SPA & FITNESS FOREST

Situated in six acres of indigenous forest in the back of the resort in a tranquil setting incorporating a swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi and a Health corner serving fresh Juices, Salads and Fruits.

The Spa area features a reception and Spa Boutique, 03 single and 01 Couples treatment rooms all with their own private courtyards, a Sauna and Steam room, aerobics and yoga facilities as well as a relaxation Gazebo under the trees and surrounded by ponds. A fully equipped Techno gym Fitness Centre and nature walks thru the forest are available for the more active ones. (- all Spa and Fitness facilities against charge -)

AFRICAN FOOT CLEANSE (Included in and offered prior to all TheraNaka treatments)

Give your feet a real African treat. Done before any African experience treatment, a synergistic blend of Juniper, Tangerine and Blue Mountain Sage is added to a warm bowl of water. After immersion, the feet will then be cleansed with a disposable cloth and wrapped in a cool, rejuvenating and softening foot butter mask - an African soul treatment

THE AFRICAN MOISTURISING BEAUTY BATH MILK 60min US$33
This treatment begins with an exfoliation after which the client is immersed in a rich, luxurious moisturising milk bath containing Baobab Tree Oil, whilst receiving a head and shoulder massage. An oil of choice is then massaged into the body leaving it silky smooth and soft.

AVOCADO AND SHEA BUTTER NUGGET MASSAGE EXPERIENCE 60min US$44
Relax into the rhythm of Africa as blocks of Avocado- and Shea butter are placed on different areas of the body. As the butter begins to melt with the body’s temperature, a trained therapist will conduct a deep massage, combined with trigger point therapy (Shiatsu points). This treatment creates a soothing warm effect, leaving you relaxed and your skin hydrated and nourished.

AFRICAN WOOD MASSAGE 60min US$49
This signature treatment begins with gentle stretching movements to warm and relax the muscles. A warm Olive- and Shea butter is then applied, after which a massage using special designed “Swarthout” dumbbells is introduced, resulting in absolute relaxation and rejuvenation.

MEN’S TRADITIONAL OR DEEP TISSUE SPORTS MASSAGE 60min US$42
Both release chronic patterns of muscular tension. The men’s deep tissue massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction, usually on a focused problem area. The movements are directed across the grain of the muscle (cross-fibre). This is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than the traditional Massage which is not as intense and deep.

BACK, NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE 30min US$23
This “rapid tension release” treatment makes use of a special massage technique. Slow strokes focus direct pressure on problem areas. The result is that the circulation to the back and neck area is increased which in turn leaves you induced with an overall sense of well-being.
