Upon your arrival at Windhoek Airport, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel. You will be provided with your vehicle and everything you need for your self-drive safari.

Depart Windhoek and drive to Sossusvlei where you will be able to explore the remarkable sights of the Namib Desert. The self-driven exploration allows for flexibility and intimacy with nature, adding an extra layer of adventure to the experience. Enjoy the freedom of navigating at your own pace and connect with the stunning natural wonders of Sossusvlei.

Experience the breathtaking landscapes of Sossusvlei National Park on a self-drive game drive. Take your time to explore the iconic red dunes, the mesmerizing Deadvlei pan, and the desert-adapted wildlife that inhabits this captivating environment.

Drive towards the northwest through the ever-changing desert landscapes of Namib Naukluft National Park and reach Swakopmund via Walvis Bay. Once you reach the seaside town, you can indulge in optional activities such as quad biking and sandboarding on the iconic dunes. Alternatively, you can opt for a more peaceful experience by taking a boat tour to spot marine life in the Atlantic Ocean or enjoy a visit to the Swakopmund Museum. Please note that the prices of additional activities are not included.

While continuing your journey to Damaraland, you will pass by Namibia’s highest mountain, the Brandberg. Witness the captivating etchings that depict the lives of the region's earliest inhabitants.

Drive to the southern border of Etosha National Park. Etosha is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, boasting a vast salt pan and diverse ecosystems providing opportunities to witness elephants, lions, and a myriad of other iconic African species in their natural habitat. You can then enjoy self-guided game drives inside Etosha (Park fees extra cost).

Today, you will be heading to Okonjima, which is situated at the foothills of the Omboroko Mountains, near Waterberg. Here you will enjoy a visit to the AfriCat Day Centre and two further game activities.
